Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation.
For large volume orders, processing time may be slightly extended. We will notify you in advance if this occurs.
Shipping Methods
We ship via trusted international and domestic logistics providers such as USPS, DHL, FedEx, UPS, or by sea/air freight depending on your needs.
Customers may also choose to arrange their own forwarder. Please contact us to coordinate.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, volume, and destination.
For FOB orders, the shipping cost is borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Estimated Delivery Time
Express delivery: 5-7 business days
Air freight: 7-12 business days
Sea freight: 15-35 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance and local handling.
Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number and link for you to monitor the shipment status.
Customs & Duties
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import regulations in their country.
We will assist with commercial invoice and packing list if needed.
Shipping Damage or Loss
Please inspect the goods upon arrival.
If any items are damaged or lost during transit, please notify us within 5 working days with photos and shipping documentation. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
